Italy's Social Welfare Agency saves some girls from death. Cybernetic advancements give them a second chance at life. Those girls’ bodies have now become artificially skilled and enhanced.
After mind-wishing these girls, the government starts using them as a tool to assassinate and do a deadly task. Even with all the modifications and training, those girls remain children at heart.
Do they able to control their head or lose and become a slave to the Italian Government? This anime sets in a very dark theme and is more focused on action and psychology.

As a Top-class Executioner, Menou has the task to kill Akari Tokitō. She was incapable to do it. Akari possessed a "pure concept of the power of time". It allows Akari to reverse her own death even after death.

This anime follows the story of a teenage girl Momo Minamoto. Whose wish is to do something good for this world? She wants to follow in her father's footsteps and protect the city from crime. Her father is a Police officer.
Momo Minamoto has a remarkable sensing ability. That makes her unique from average individuals. One day she was recruited as a spy by Yuki Hanzoumon in the Tsukikage Group. This is the group of spies who work for the country to protect people, law, and order.
The main journey of Momo starts from this group where she starts fighting against terrorist and evil organizations named Moryo.
